Role summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Projects Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating multiple projects within an office and site environment, managing diverse teams through subsurface geological activities, civils and ground works, drilling and intervention workover, topside construction and integration activities and start up commissioning and field operations. Your primary focus will be on developing efficient processes, executing effective strategies, and ensuring the timely completion of these projects. The Projects Manager will take ensure the safe and successful completion of all project related activities without accident to the highest standard, on time and within budget preventing creep while also coordinating individual tasks for their respective teams with highest attention to detail. The Projects Manager, will coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline. The Project manager for developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation of the correct resources, people plant and materials are accounted for assuring every project large and small is delivered on time within budget and scope. The Project Manager should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. you also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude Knowledge & experience required Proven work experience as a Projects Manager or similar role  Proven working experience as a project administrator in the Utilities and or Energy Sector Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in Project Delivery from Engineering through to Commissioning and Start up and Site Operations. · Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other Project -Planning and Management Software PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus Organizational skills for keeping track of various budgets, employees, and schedules simultaneously. Role summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to manage the project activities, sites and infrastructure running smoothly undertaking general maintenance and repair covering electrical, mechanical, and instrumentational aspects of plant and equipment within a general plant and equipment piping and system distribution environment.  The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for inspecting facilities infrastructure on site locations which maybe remote or within urban environments. They will schedule repairs for faulty equipment or damaged structures, remove and isolate structures and redundant equipment. They also perform general maintenance of the facility and grounds.  In addition, they perform periodic quality checks on all equipment and systems to ensure they are up to standards and suitable certified, keeping logs and records in good order.  The Maintenance Technician will be working in a team and alone and needs to be able to demonstrate a high degree of self-management and self-discipline with a high Health and Safety Work Ethic acting as the facility or infrastructure Supervisor, Facilities Coordinator, or with a team of other disciplined professionals.  The Maintenance Technician will have excellent time management and problem-solving skills, great attention to detail, and be proactive.  To work with other colleagues, a good Maintenance Technician must also be comfortable in a team environment and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Job responsibilities Input to technical and commercial proposals and supporting project delivery. Prepare budgets for O&M activities. Prepare spares and consumables lists. Survey plant and equipment infrastructure and facilities and repair systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards. Perform maintenance of systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)  Assist in the setup of ventilation, heating cooling and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary. Maintain heating and cooling systems to ensure functionality. Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed. Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)  Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g., landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.) Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed. Knowledge & experience required Proven experience as Maintenance Technician Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and other systems Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime.  High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant field essential.  Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is desired.  Organizational skills for keeping track of various budgets, employees, and schedules simultaneously.
