The system, consisting of 16 Business Functions, covers all aspects of the company’s activities and is designed to ensure the highest level of service, consistency and continuous improvement. CeraPhi first received certification early in 2022 and has continued to develop and expand its processes and systems to match the growth and diversity of the company’s activities.
